Vibromatic Company was founded in 1956 in Noblesville, Indiana as the first parts feeding companies in the Midwest and since that time, has continued to be an innovator and leader in our field and has grown to be a major supplier of Part Handling Systems worldwide. Our specialty is parts handling equipment, which includes not only vibratory bowl feeders but also belt style linear systems, floor feeders, stepper feeders, centrifugal feeders, orbital non-vibratory feeders, Polycast(TM) cascade style feeders, and escapement and placement devices. We have fed parts as heavy as automotive ball joints to parts as delicate as light bulb filaments.
Vibromatic has built many feeding systems for automotive companies like Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Chrysler, and Honda; we have also produced systems for Alcoa, Champion Spark Plug, General Electric, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Xerox and many more both directly, and through systems integrators and special machine builders. Odds are that some component in something you use every day or own has been fed in a Vibromatic Feed System. Some examples would be: surgical clips, 28mm closures; interior light assemblies; components for relay terminals; components for lock-lever assemblies; components for fuel injection assemblies; components for spark plugs; components for vent cap assemblies; internal engine components such as valves, bearings, cams, gears, cable clips, nuts, bolts, washers, o-rings, screws, orifices, springs plus much, much more.
