The newly developed SFC20 is an ultrasonic converter with integrated booster. Built into automation lines or robot arms, it uses ultrasonic technology to cut food without deforming the product. The SFC20 is a clean solution for cutting and portioning food items.
Precise cutting, with no product deformation and no residues on the blade – these are the unique advantages provided by Rinco ultrasonic cutting and portioning. Even items with fillings such as nuts or food that is already packed in film can be cut cleanly without deforming the product, thanks to the new Rinco SFC20 converter/booster.

With its waterproof and dustproof housing (IP66) made from stainless steel, the SFC20 can be used in wet areas and is suitable for on-the-spot cleaning. A sophisticated cooling system ensures that the operating temperature is kept at a consistently low level, enabling continuous operation of the SFC20.

The cutting blades are manufactured by means of a high-precision process and are adapted to the food items in question to ensure a clean and precise cut. With our expertise, we are able to design the perfect geometry for the cutting blade.

The AGM Pro ultrasonic generator is the ideal partner for the SFC20 as it allows you to control the cutting process and adjust the parameters.

SFC20 – SPECIAL FOOD CUTTING CONVERTER
The SFC20 ultrasonic converter enables automatic cutting and portioning of food items to be carried out quickly and cleanly.

The SFC20 is extremely versatile. Whether it’s cheese (including with added ingredients), bread or a roulade, the ultrasonic technology ensures a precise cut without deforming the product.

WHERE IS THE SFC20 USED?
The SFC20’s design and accessories make it a perfect partner for ultrasonic cutting in environments such as industrial bakeries, cheese dairies and confectionery factories, where it can be installed in automation lines and robots and used to cut or portion food items.

THE ULTRASONIC CUTTING BLADES
The SFC20 features custom-made, high-quality cutting horns with an acid-resistant, alkali-resistant or non-stick coating. Thanks to the low build-up of force, the ultrasonic blades slide effortlessly through food without deforming the products. Even items with fillings such as nuts can be cut cleanly without deformation. A quick, clean, reproducible cut that leaves no residues on the blade will improve the quality of your products and the productivity of your company.

THE SOPHISTICATED COOLING SYSTEM
A sophisticated air cooling system is integrated into the SFC20 to ensure that the ultrasonic components do not heat up, even during continuous operation. There is 360° ventilation for the components in the housing. To ensure a constant exchange of air, the air outlets have a larger diameter than the inlets.

Description

Ultrasonic generators from the AGM Pro series are designed for installation in automated lines, special-purpose machines and automated welding systems. They are able to cope with demanding welding and cutting tasks such as ultrasonic welding of thermoplastics and moulded parts, plus ultrasonic cutting of non-woven materials and technical textiles or foodstuffs including cheese, wraps and cakes. Thanks to their slim design, they can be incorporated into small spaces in electrical cabinets. They are also equipped with an optimised cooling system.
