About Futura Automation
Futura Automation is an industrial automation distributor providing automation, robotics, manufacturing, and industrial control products from leading manufacturers. Many products are sourced directly from manufacturers after an order has been placed.
Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and availability information are accurate. However, manufacturers may revise product specifications, discontinue products, or change pricing without notice.
Product photographs are provided for illustration purposes and may not exactly represent the product received.
Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order acceptance. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout when applicable.
If a pricing error occurs, Futura Automation reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed using the incorrect price. If payment has already been received, any amount collected will be promptly refunded.
Order Acceptance
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order. Orders become binding only after they have been reviewed and accepted by Futura Automation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Manufacturer restrictions
- Pricing or typographical errors
- Suspected fraud
- Payment authorization issues
Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless alternative credit terms have been approved in writing. Orders will not be released for processing until payment has been successfully authorized.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated shipping dates are provided as a courtesy only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to manufacturer production schedules, inventory levels, carrier delays, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping destination. Customers should inspect shipments promptly and report any damage or shortages within five (5) business days.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Many products sold by Futura Automation are special-order items and may require manufacturer approval before a return can be authorized.
Manufacturer Warranties
Products sold by Futura Automation are generally covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Warranty coverage, duration, and remedies are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Except as expressly stated by the manufacturer, Futura Automation makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Futura Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of the use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to lost profits, production downtime, loss of business, or loss of data.
