Description
IR longpass filters are recommended when using infrared illumination. With image processing applications that use IR illumination, interfering ambient light is filtered out, making the application more robust. The filter is fixed in the lighting module by magnets and remains perfectly positioned when the protective tube is used, even when cleaning results in vibration or accidental movement.
