Quik Jig specializes in custom jigs, fixtures, work-holding and tools for manufacturing. A variety of materials and colors are available for all types of manufacturing applications and environments. Shipment is 24 to 48 hours from receipt of order accompanied by suitable CAD Solidworks or 3D printer compatible drawings. If no drawings are available, parts can be replicated by digital scanning. If broken, a part can be “filled in” with best estimate of what is missing and shipped within 72-96 hours from receipt of part. Design service is also available to new prototype industrial work-holding or repair parts.

* 2D & 3D Engineering with Solid works, AutoCAD, etc. – $125 / Hour
* 3D Scanning Services ~ starting $250 (2 hours minimum), Depending on resolution needed, if needed to fill in missing material and size of item
* Design Services and Manufacturing Consultation – Quoted on a project basis
Additive Manufacturing
FDM, SLS, SLA, DLS, & Binder Jet 3D Printing capabilities,
* Low cost functional prototyping ~ $75 depending on size of part and application
* End-Use low volume manufacturing ~ will need additional info to quote
* Most Colors available for standard printing technologies although product price can be affected for some colors
* Many materials possible including: PLA, ABS, TPU, PC, Nylon, Alumide, Stainless Steel, precious metals, and more
